As an Executive of an B2C e-commerce company James developed, automated and implemented effective operating structures, marketing plans and sales processes that propelled a 4 person "mom and pop" start-up, to achieve annual revenues of $20 million and becoming the nationwide leader in an established niche market in just a few years.

Many of these industry leaders reported the products offered were top sellers in their respective categories.
